I am a political scientist focusing on international political economy, particularly developing countries’ position within the international financial system. My work has appeared or is forthcoming in the British Journal of Political Science, International Studies Quarterly, the Review of International Organizations, the Review of International Political Economy, and the Journal of Financial Regulation. For more about my research, please see Publications.

I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Concordia University in Montréal, Canada.

I was previously a Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute. I received my doctorate in International Relations from the University of Oxford in 2019.
